Giving is part of our calling as Christians.  The Christian life is an offering of one’s self to God. In the Lord’s Supper we are presented with the costly self-offering of Jesus Christ for the life of the world. As those who have been claimed and set free by his grace (through faith in Christ), we respond with gratitude; offering him our lives, our spiritual gifts, and our material goods. Every service of worship shall include an opportunity to respond to Christ’s call to discipleship through self-offering.

  • “Missions” (Supports our outreach and Christian Education)
  • “Loan” (Covers cost of our monthly loan payment; goal is to have it paid off by 2027!)
  • “Special” (Stands for “Special Offerings taken up once a quarter to support the PCUSA's mission around the world.  25% of giving stays at BPC / 25% to the Presbytery / 50% to the denomination for national and world missions)
  • “Scholarship” (Supports and sponsors youth camp attendees; AKA "Jack and Maryann Scholarship Fund")
